    We've made this countless times and love it - so easy! Serve with rice. We add 1/8 t Chiu Chow Chili Oil. Have used chicken breast, chicken thighs, and ground chicken. Cold leftovers are a nice addition to salads.

    Good chicken stir fry. I used one red onion & one yellow onion; I liked the variety. Served over jasmine rice.
