    This is the only pickled onions my kid enjoys after visiting the Yucatan. If I can fine bottled sour orange juice (without any additives) I’ll pick it up; if not, I now buy Seville oranges by the case in season, and juice them. I also freeze the juice in 1 cup portions to use throughout the year to great success. I’ll make a 1/2 recipe of the recado to keep on the spice shelf once a year (or so) and
