Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    We liked this with the lemon caper sauce. My only quibble is no time amount is given for roasting the chicken while in the oven. I guessed at 30 minutes, and the internal breast temperature was above the temperature given, so it was a bit dry. The result was still good, especially with the sauce.
