Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    As usual, even a 1/4 recipe (in this case 1/2 cup dry rice) makes LOTS for the 2 of us but that's okay because this was a very tasty side for a saucy pork tenderloin skillet. I liked the inclusion of lots of vegetables (+ I added a little sweet red pepper to mix) and the wine added a lovely background flavour. This one is worth repeating.
