    I had only peeled and deveined shrimp on hand, but it did not disappoint! Delicious — a hit with my kids too.

    The soy marinade was a little salty; wouldn't marinate for a full hour. Also added ginger.

    This is great, make sure to leave the shell on and buy as big as possible shrimp. I ended up marinating for at least 2 hours and I think that the shrimp being in the shells kept it from over-marinating. I love the green sauce but it is very heated.
