Stir-fried prawns with sugar snaps, basil, chilli and lime from How to Eat a Peach: Menus, Stories and Places (page 25) by Diana Henry

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This was a brilliant surprise - absolutely loved it. fresh, salty, tangy, sweet and hot. Took virtually no time to cook as well so definitely a mid week supper easily! had with some egg fried rice and was deelicious lunch.

This was excellent. Made half a recipe with sugar snaps and basil from the garden. Did not have any fresh chiles yet, so just use red pepper flakes from couple of dried red peppers. Perfect balance of hot, salty, sweet and sour.
