    Made with Persian cukes from the greenmarket (so crisp & good) without peanuts or shrimp, accidentally used brown sugar instead of white, and the chile garlic sauce option. Definitely would make again!

    Easy and delicious. We made this with cucumber only as a side, didn't have chili sauce so we subbed sriracha and it was very tasty.
