Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I charred the Brussels sprouts a bit before adding the sauce and we loved this. I expected a big vinegar hit but it’s very balanced. A keeper!

    This was good! Used soy and not fish sauce, flavor profile went well with fish with black bean sauce.

    We loved this dish. It is spicy, even using only 1/4 of the seeds. I used 1/2 a jalapeño and 1/2 Serrano as I had them and they needed to be used. The subs were fine. I think this serves 2-4. Four people would get very few. I would double if serving more than just myself and 7 year old in the future.
