    One of those shockingly good veg dishes that is more than the sun of its its parts. YUM.

    These were fantastic! We enjoyed them for dinner and then I had them in my savory oatmeal the next morning. Leftovers would also be good in stir fried rice. The blistering really adds the extra layer of flavor that makes them so enjoyable.
