    I made the celeriac steaks with Café de Paris sauce. Instead of roasting the whole celeriac for over 2 hours I cut it into "steaks", rubbed them with olive oil and roasted them in the oven for only around 45 minutes. Maybe not as caramelized as the recipe promised but way less energy used.
