Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    There is some confusion here on scallions and shallots. In the Aus edition the title is Shallot pancakes, in the non-Aus edition the title is Scallion pancake but with shallots as the ingredient. Assume it should be the green onion type of allium.

    These are scallion pancakes, made with scallions, not shallots :)
