    My husband and I really liked this stir fry. The directions were very straightforward and easy to follow. I liked that Hom gives choices on how to cook the chicken. I chose the oil but reduced it significantly (not sure why you need so much). I used my nonstick wok which helps a lot with stir fry process. I partially steamed 1 1/2 cups of petite green beans and added them to the chicken and sauce at the end. We could taste the lemon and appreciated that it wasn’t overpowering, just a nice subtle flavor with the remainder of the ingredients.
