    I made this dish for a dinner party and it was really popular. In fact, found this website while trying to find the recipe online to share with friends! Felt like there might be too much topping for the amount of carrots but it all got eaten (8 serves with other sides). Would probably use 1.5kg carrots next time. Served with za'atar, paprika and garlic chicken (pg 72) and the lemon and herb rice (pg 192) and an Ottolengi salad from Simple.

    We made a spread of Sabrina's recipes for a dinner party and this was probably my favorite dish. I really enjoyed the flavors in this salad.

    A great salad that cooked alongside the Bloody Mary chicken. The lime gave the dish a nice tang and cutting them into ovals meant they cooked evenly. I had some pomegranate so I used those instead of barberries.
