Japanese oven burgers with cabbage salad (Hambāgu) from Hot Sheet: Sweet and Savory Sheet Pan Recipes for Every Day and Celebrations (page 111) by Olga Massov and Sanaë Lemoine

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Can substitute additional ground beef for the ground pork, and vegetables of your choice for the cabbage salad called for in this recipe.

My family loved this simple and delicious dinner. I made twice the amount of sauce, which was a good idea for my sauce-loving family. Next time I will also make more salad- maybe 1.5 times?

Delicious, easy supper. Didn't care for the slaw (found it to be too oily)-- next time I will make the one I normally make. Sauce was incredibly flavorful!

We love this simple dinner. My grocery store sells a ground beef/pork blend so I used that to simplify things. The burgers were perfect and the sauce was great. Loved the idea of adding it to the sheet pan to warm and pick up the burger but to make it gravy-like. The cabbage slaw was a bright side dish. Personally, I just soaked the cabbage in my spinner and then drained it and spun it dry rather than soaking in a bowl and transferring it.

This was incredibly delicious, especially the sauce!
