Cypriot-style potatoes with coriander and wine (Patates antinahtes) from Zaytinya: Delicious Mediterranean Dishes from Greece, Turkey, and Lebanon (page 201) by José Andrés

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Cooking prep and time were off. Had to microwave potatoes to get them to cook. Maybe my baby potatoes were too big?

Made as written except that I turned the potatoes over halfway through boiling. I enjoyed these. The copious coriander and dry rose (used Los Dos) was a very tasty combination. Holidays being what they are I used the last bag of baby potatoes at the store; some of the larger ones were, while cooked, a bit firm. I will get all tiny ones in the future. The addition of wine at the end did kill off some of the crispiness which was unfortunate. Will make again and play around with it a bit; very convenient way to make crispy potatoes and overall a solid recipe

These were good and it was fun to try a new way to cook potatoes. We liked these, but weren't in love with them.

These were wonderful! My grandson cooked these, and although they got a little but over-crunchy in places they were still delicious. The delicacy of the wine and honey added a subtle aroma and rounded out the flavors of the coriander seeds and cilantro in an addictive way.

These potatoes are completely addictive!Although I found the fragrance of wine off-putting at first, the flavor and texture are both peak comfort food. These would benefit from a light garnish of chives or parsley as they are rather rich.
