    Agree with the others, the pancetta was kind of an afterthought here.

    The green beans were tasty sautéed in butter after blanching but I didn’t see much of a benefit of them combined with the pancetta- which was hardly noticeable.

    The flavour is pretty good but the challenge is that the flavour of the green beans doesn't really meld with the pancetta which keeps it from being great.
