Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The tomato is a nice addition to leeks vinaigrette - it both looks and tastes good. I would have liked a bit more acidity though, as both the leeks and the tomato are quite sweet. Maybe using normal vinegar instead of balsamic would do the trick. I didn't add the cooking water, I tasted it and thought it wouldn't really add anything.
