    Very quick, easy and tasty pancake recipe! It doesn't contain sugar, and really doesn't need any - just add a dollop of syrup, honey or jam on top and it's perfect. I did notice the longer the batter sat, the more the soda and cream worked together, and made the batter more the consistency of 'normal' pancake batter, so letting the batter sit a few minutes before cooking would make things easier. It makes thick, very fluffy pancakes.
