    I used yellow bell pepper which I think was better than when I did it with green bell pepper. A mix of colours would work too

    We loved this! Made with pork belly only (plus 1 slice of bacon) and bunch of "long green hot peppers" from H-Mart.

    A great, mild dish with loads of sweet grassy flavour from the peppers. It does take a bit to time to get a good char on the peppers, but is totally worth it. Makes a generous meal for two with rice (and probably leftovers).
