Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Chicken needs to marinate overnight. Can substitute shallots for red onions.

    Very bland. I used the same quantities of spices for half the quantity of meat. I've had this problem with MJ before, she seems to dumb down her recipes for the UK market & forgets that we love our curries !

    Pretty good but I found the lemon flavour from the marinade a bit pronounced.

    This was ok, but I won't be repeating it. Whilst it was very easy to make there are many curry recipes that involve only slightly more effort that deliver more in terms of flavour.

    Nice and simple to make. Slightly too spicy for the children, even without the cayenne.
