    I thought this was just ok. It was difficult to cook the potatoes through following the instructions given. I had to cook for longer but it ended up blackening the tomato-spice mixture. I couldn’t get a hold of mango powder so I used tamarind pulp instead and it worked well. There was a good tangy flavour that I liked but I don’t think I’ll be doing this one again.
