    The fresh peach ice cream recipe is great. I trusted the recipe and strained the peach/condensed milk blend and got a smooth, lovely reward. For a 4 ingredient (4 fresh peaches, a lemon, a can of condensed milk and 1 1/4 cup whipping cream) recipe, the results were better than any peach ice cream I have tried.
