Swiss meringue butter cream has to be my favorite frosting (it will kill you, but it is just so yummy without being too sweet) and it compliments the bittersweet ganache very well.

These don’t require any frosting like regular cupcakes. With the powdered sugar on top and the jam between they are plenty sweet.
