      Made it as written. Flavor is ok, not great. Next time I’ll pan fry the veggies first, for more caramelization and then finish them in the sauce. Also should use cherry tomatoes uncut. Otherwise it’s just too watery.

      This comes together easily. Would recommend using good quality tahini. We used tofu instead of tempeh. I added a little chili oil. Not popping with flavor but a reliable dish to make.
