Great book! It doesn’t have exhaustive descriptions, but it’s definitely enough. If you want to learn to make Cuban cuisine, this is a really approachable book to start with. Start with the popular dishes, cause they’re popular for a reason! Black beans, the seasoned white long grain rice, ropa vieja, chicken and rice, the meats cooked in orange with garlic. Give it a good go!
