    I’ve been using this book since 1993. All scones made have been awesome. Here’s a few to try in addition to Classic Cream ones already mentioned. Buttermilk, spiced whole wheat, nutty scones, orange poppy seed (use 1/3 to 1/2 cup OJ), oat currant, jam filled walnut, scones a la Florence and cheese are all fantastic!
