      Made this for cupcakes - it held its shape very well, and wasn't hard to make. Added 1/4 cup lemon juice to add flavor. Would make again.

      Delicious! I think I ate almost the entire pan myself over the course of a week. They looked exactly like the picture. Must bake these again. And it was the perfect amount of ginger.
