Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Overnight Belgian waffles

    • KarinaFrancis on December 31, 2018

My first attempt at waffles with my new waffle maker. Really loved the results. Had some for breakfast and stashed the rest in the freezer for future waffle emergencies

  • Diner-style pancakes

    • GiselleMarie on May 06, 2020

Clicking on “Recipe On-line” brought me to “The Best Buttermilk Pancakes,” which was one recipe in a series of great-looking pancake recipes. This is fantastic! I hadn’t eaten in 19 hours when I finally dug in to these so anything would have tasted good, but they were awesome! The recipe calls for a stick of unsalted butter and the wonderful buttery taste really comes through. I ate the pancakes with fresh blueberries and real maple syrup.

  • Cream cheese-veggie toast

    • mjes on December 03, 2019

This is a good recipe to prepare to illustrate how to use cream cheese in a build your own appetizer board. The mixture of vegetables on the sandwich is a winner - although I have a friend who will let nothing come between her and her cucumber sandwich.
