Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Pea and crab soup

    • M3industries on December 27, 2022

Very mild soup - could have used a bit of a punch. I guess if that's what i wanted i should have opted for ham over crab. Lovely nonetheless and I've made it twice now.

  • Spiced lentil and sweet potato soup

    • CourtneyT on February 05, 2026

      Quick, easy and nice flavour.

  • Chicken jambalaya

    • Pamsy on November 03, 2025

This was so good. Although initially it was to use up fridge ingredients, it's very tasty with lots of different textures and flavours. Not much clearing up as it's a one pot dish. Will definitely be repeated.

  • Kale and bulgur wheat pilaf with roast figs

    • M3industries on December 30, 2022

Incredible flavor and easy! I used dried plums because they are out of season now -- still delicious. The flavors in this one are really divine. Surprising.

  • Nutty green vegetable tart

    • CourtneyT on July 22, 2024

We really enjoyed this! The crust was very easy to assemble and I skipped rolling in out as it was moist enough to just press into shape. I used whole dairy milk instead of almond milk. It was very filling and I loved the savoury nuttiness of the base. Will certainly make again.
