      This tastes like an airier version of a fudgy brownie. It's hard to grind the almonds fine enough in a food processor. I'd consider using almond flour in the future. My cake collapsed in the center while it cooled but it still tasted good.

      We loved this dish. I used two whole chicken legs and cut the other recipe ingredients in half. Easy to make. Nice hot/sweet flavours and the baked pineapple was perfect.

      We made this for a Thanksgiving side dish. It is fabulous. It's not often that I add something to my menu but this one is going into annual rotation. (I used turkey bacon and it was delicious, I'm sure it's even more delicious with real bacon).

      Used only delicata and was good but I'm sure that another agrodulce version would be better

      This is always good. I had to cook the delicata much longer than instructed. You may want to peel the squash for the squeamish.
