    Daikon greens with slippery noodles (pg 97) ... Daikon greens proved too difficult to find so I substituted beet greens. This is a rice noodle salad with daikon radish, carrot, greens, and scallions with a simple Asian dressing. Fans of Asian noodle salad will be pleased with this recipe.
