      Very easy; without the icing no lemon flavour discernible. Best eaten same day. Disappointing.

      This was interesting and different. Used barley rather than amaranth because that's what I had; required about 10 minutes longer cooking time.

      Used leftover roasted chicken and skipped on bread but even making these changes, this was satisfying and easy to make. I think subbing regular fresh mozzarella will work here fine.

      Tasty and easy week night dinner. The soup is rich and loaded with umami. This will be a regular feature on the working menu.

      This was a disappointment. I chose it because it was chocolate and didn’t use eggs because most recipes use an odd number and I wanted to halve the recipe. The taste wasn’t exciting, the texture was odd too. I’m sure there are better recipes using the same flavours.
