There is a 28 minute interview video by Joe Yonan on Washington Post web site with the author Lior Lev Sercarz . Very worthwhile interview. https://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle/food/dont-toss-those-old-spices-you-never-use/2017/05/01/4d8313f6-131f-11e7-833c-503e1f6394c9_story.html?tid=hybrid_content_3_na&utm_term=.f8a4539f8ac2

This is my favorite food book of 2016. I read it from cover to cover after Nov 08, 2016, the only good thing from that event. I have made and used a dozen blends from this book. I refer to it daily, but food is my religion.

Delicious. It smells heavenly and tastes both bitter and sweet. I used this, and a little salt, on a moulard duck breast--a perfect pairing, if I do say so myself!
