    Gorgonzola & anchovy crostini (Crostini di gorgonzola e acciughe) pg. 51. After trying a recipe that was a complete fail, what can be better that some reliable small bites to savor ... and enjoy leaving a great flavor in your mouth. This crostini is anchovies and gorgozola paired with lightly pickled radicchio with a hint of fennel. There is a reason this is a great late night snack.
