    Not sure how much actual cooking I will do from this book but it is absolutely fascinating to read. One day I hope to make it to the restaurant.

Este proyecto se inició cuando comenzábamos a actualizar la web de elBulli. Uno de los apartados que habíamos previsto fue ilustrar las 24 horas de un día en el restaurante. Pero el proyecto era tan apasionante que al final decidimos convertirlo en un libro en lugar de incluirlo en la web. Su elaboración ha durado dos años, en las temporadas 2005 y 2006. El handicap de abrir sólo seis meses al año no nos permitió concluir la faena en una sola temporada.
