    Curried lentil parsnip and apple soup tasted nice (Mum approved) but not that exciting. Couldn't help thinking it would be easier as a non slow cooker recipe as only 3 hrs. Not sure if I'll repeat.

    Kidney bean curry went down well even though it didn't cook quite as long as recommended. Probably a touch too spicy for toddler. Might try doubling next time. To repeat!
