Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Lemon ricotta pancakes

    • ginger2212 on February 23, 2022

Delicious!! Too much work for the morning but definitely was worth it in the end!

  • Thai crunch salad with steak

    • ginger2212 on February 23, 2022

      Wonderful!! Loved the flavors!

  • Loaded baked potato soup

    • ginger2212 on February 23, 2022

I love this soup! Plus it has all the yummy flavors without the extra starch and sugars from potatoes!

  • Creamy broccoli soup

    • ginger2212 on February 23, 2022

Did not taste good and the texture was off-putting

  • Chicken piccata with artichokes and spinach

    • ginger2212 on February 23, 2022

Extremely tart - too much lemon. I love the addition of artichokes but there are better piccata recipes out there.

  • Buffalo-stuffed sweet potatoes

    • ginger2212 on February 23, 2022

This is a go to recipe for my family! So delicious! Sometimes I'll use the Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce for simplicity's sake instead but still follow the rest of the recipe.

  • Honey-mustard sheet-pan salmon

    • Arishell on May 03, 2025

I ended up cooking this for 23 minutes since we like our salmon more cooked. I subbed out sweet potatoes for the butternut squash. I figured the cook time should be very similar. The marinade on the fish was really tasty. Even with cooking another 5 minutes the vegetables were still not fully cooked. Really think that the vegetables should be cooked separately so they can cook longer.

  • Chicken nuggets

    • jen_fh90ur on February 28, 2026

The family liked them but I remember how much I hate deep frying so I probably will bake them next time.
