Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Crispbread

    • mjes on October 05, 2021

This is a very good crispbread recipe that stores well for about a month. It has very good flavor if you take the time to use fresh, quality flour.

  • Scones

    • julia_on97ln on April 16, 2026

Takes a bit longer than typical scone recipes, almost like a laminated dough, but totally worth it. Moist, flaky and delightful taste!! Tried mine with currants and Meyer lemon peel.
