      Parmesan made me try this but even that did nothing for this recipe. The texture of cauliflower came out somewhat flabby and rubber like. The taste too was not to our liking.

      Quick, tasty dinner. I really liked the kimchi mayo mix on top. I would make these again.

      Quick, easy soup. I used some chicken thighs instead of the rotisserie chicken and substituted regular basil for the Thai basil. I would make this again for a fast dinner. Yum!
