Delicious! I love the roasty texture of some of the kale bits, and all of the flavors meld wonderfully with the honey mustard dressing (would maybe add a little more honey mustard next time). I used two bunches of kale to make 1.5 recipe and that was perfect. Excellent way to use some of my frozen leftover Thanksgiving turkey.

This was a delicious one sheet wonder. The hot lemon-feta mixture is divine.

  • Herb-roasted turkey

Sometimes simple is best. We decided to not brine our turkey this year and instead rely on an abundance of fresh herbs. Our cooked Turkey ( organic) was juicy and flavorful. I roasted mine starting at 450 degrees as instructed but dialed the temperature back to 325 instead of 350 because I had stuffed my turkey. Other than taking much longer than anticipated to roast, it turned out great. Good enough to repeat.
