      The beef Wellington turned out well. Mine was a bit overcooked despite using a meat thermometer though it was a thinner piece of beef. I put prosciutto between the pastry and the duxelles which worked nicely. The green sauce was ok, but next time I’d try a classic wine sauce instead

      I made this, but went with a short cut of pureeing fresh raspberries in the vitamix and not straining them. That didn't exactly work out because the gelatin mix was too dense and didn't seep through the holes, so don't do that. I also managed to forget my oven was on too hot and baked it higher than recommended, but even with all of my errors it turned out not bad.

      This was horrible. The marshmallow topping made a horrendous sticky mess in my kitchen, and though I tried it twice, it never worked at all.

      These were fun to make. Make sure to fry the pani puris well or they will deflate (mine took a little more than 30 seconds). I made the chickpeas and potatoes ahead of time and mixed them together to make it easier on myself. Served with an Indian curry and it was a great meal. The chutneys were fairly runny, next time would add less water. I substituted goda masala because I already had it and thought the flavors were very good.

      Very good. I bought a tougher cut of meat so I added some orb starch and oyster sauce in the marinade which helped. Would make again
