      Easy, simple, delicious, with great flavor and texture. Like most financiers, they’re amazing warm from the oven, really good the first day, and more like soggy cake the next (although still with good flavor).

      Very delicious and interesting banana bread recipe! The millet gives it a great crunch, as does the coarse sugar topping. I used whole wheat flour. Fairly dense, but in a good way. I'll make this again.
