Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Turbo tempeh tacos

    • Beth891 on September 04, 2023

Pretty tasty, half quantities were enough for 2 adults plus toddler when served with salad, grains and tortillas. It was nice and speedy too. Made pretty much as is but added a pepper and 1.5tbsp tomato sauce, no chilli but extra smoked paprika.

  • The ultimate mac & cheese

    • Beth891 on January 11, 2025

Really good! Its a really tasty combination of cheeses and it makes a lovely thick sauce. The panko topping is speedy and a nice crunch and popping it under the grill means it only takes a few minutes longer than just making the sauce.
