      A nice straight forward apple cake where the apple flavor really shines. Will repeat.

  • Whole orange bundt

      Very moist cake with a great marmalade-like flavor. There is a hint of bitterness from the whole mandarin oranges being run through the food processor, but the glaze helps counteract that. I would make this again and maybe add a bit of orange liqueur to the glaze next time.

      Deliciously moist and an excellent use for an overabundance of zucchini. I added the optional chocolate chips. Will repeat.

  • Birthday cake cake

      I made this for a birthday and everyone liked it. For my personal tastes, it was too sweet so I would reduce the sugar next time and add a pinch or two of salt to the frosting.
