      Good almond cookies. They are crunchy on the outside, but soft in the middle. I got 28 cookies.

      The recipe calls for baking 25 minutes. I baked for 18 minutes and my cookies are a little darker than I would like. I know my oven is fairly accurate but 25 minutes is too long.
