      I didn't have arrowroot, so I used cornstarch instead. Recipe came out really tasty!

      This didn't have nearly enough vinegar. It tasted like carrots in water. I'm going to drain it and add way more vinegar. I used 1 de-seeded jalapeño and the spice was undetectable- I would use at least 1 jalapeño next time, not de-seeded, if not more.
