    Good but not as spicy as I had expected. Used a purple daikon from my farm share.

    Has too much rice flour. Not good for flavor or texture. Too much doenjang too.

    Good version of Bulgogi. We had with the spicy Pickled Radishes and Korean-style Cucumber Salad, also from this book, steamed rice and store bought kimchi. Also ate some in lettuce wraps.
