      I’ve been making this juice every day since the beginning of May last year (apart from the Christmas period), and I genuinely notice a big difference when I’m drinking it regularly. I now make my own yoghurt and, instead of adding water, I use the whey left over from straining Greek yoghurt. I blend everything in a Ninja rather than using a juicer, and it works perfectly. It’s absolutely delicious and feels incredibly nourishing – I really feel like I’m getting so many benefits from it. I sometimes swap the cucumber for watermelon and also add black pepper, chia seeds and hemp seeds. A few weeks after I started, my partner asked if he could have one as well. As he’s allergic to bananas, I substitute pear instead, and it works brilliantly. We both absolutely love it and are genuinely happy to drink this every single day.
