    An easy and delicious dish! The chicken was so succulent, the salad went with it superbly, and the butter bean purée was 'interesting' (it needed a little further seasoning for our tastes). A lovely meal.

    This was very quick and pretty straightforward. My family liked it but prefer this treatment for fish. That said, I'll probably make this again because it's such a quick and delicious way to cook chicken. I especially liked the crispy sage leaves.

    These were easy and delicious. I served them with Claudia Roden's Lemony Roast Potatoes with Cherry Tomatoes and Garlic and it was a lovely combination, especially with the salmoriglio sauce drizzled on everything.
