    Sausage Quiche P. 457. Easy, meaty, and conserves eggs - only needs 2. I used skim milk in place of the 1 C. evaporated milk listed, and omitted the extra salt & pepper - filling of browned sausage, green pepper and onion was plenty salty/spicy without it. Recipe calls for an unbaked pie shell, I par-baked mine at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, filled, finished baking at 350 for 35 minutes and was pleased with final result.
